Last updated 2026-10-02. This page explains what this website collects, why, and who it goes to. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
If you fill in the contact form, you give us your name, phone number, email address, the kind of flying you are interested in, and anything you type in the message box. That is the only information you type in that we receive.
The site also records ordinary web analytics: which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visitor was, which site or search sent them, and what kind of device and browser they used. This is not tied to a name.
Form details are used to answer you and to arrange flight instruction. That is it. We do not sell your details, we do not rent them, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Analytics are used to see which pages people actually read and which adverts are worth paying for.
When you submit the form, it is handled by Netlify, who host this website, and it is emailed to November Foxtrot Aviation.
This site uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking. Those tell Google that a page was viewed, that a phone link was tapped, or that the form was submitted. They do not send Google what you typed into the form. Google describes its own handling at policies.google.com/privacy.
Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies in your browser so that repeat visits are recognised as the same visit rather than counted twice, and so that a click on an advert can be matched to an enquiry later. You can block or delete these in your browser settings and the site will still work normally.
Form submissions are kept for as long as we are in touch with you about flying, and analytics data expires on Google's own schedule.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call using the details below and we will do it.
This site is aimed at people enquiring about flight instruction and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their details.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
